XAdrivemapping.exe Produces an Access Violation Error (Intermittent)

PROBLEM BEHAVIOR

Occasionally xaDriveMapping.exe produces an access violation error message:

AFFECTS

All versions of XA Client 4.12 running in Locking Kiosk Mode and lower.

ROOT CAUSE 

The original xaDriveMapping.exe is not handling a race condition in the thread responsible for making a call to map a drive. The xaDriveMapping.exe was not ready for the call. 

RESOLUTION

Upgrade to version 4.13 of the ExactAccess Client.
