Article summary

NOTE

Not all settings may be set during installation. Settings listed below that do not have a value in the Parameter Name column must be set via the registry keys affected settings with group policy, HCIDeploy, or some other post installation method.

ENCRYPTION METHODS

Encryption Methods: Please note that If you are looking to enable AES encryption, choose one of the RIJNDAEL options. ExactAccess was developed before the Advanced Encryption Standard was finalized. It was unclear which of several methods would become the new AES recommendation, so we chose to support all of the methods that were present in the final rounds of selection. These include: RIJNDAEL (the selected standard), TWOFISH, and SERPENT.
