Post-Installation Requirements

For any ExactAccess ('XA') installation using SnapAPP, the following steps must be taken for SnapAPP to function properly in the required browsers:

  1. Run the Client Post-Installation Script as follows:
    • Download the configure-snapApp-path.zip file and extract these three files:
      1. configure-snapApp-path.bat
      2. identity.automation.snapapp.com-chromium-manifest.json
      3. identity.automation.snapapp.com-firefox-manifest.json
    • Run the following command as a user with administrative privileges (IMPORTANT: Make sure you use a forward slash in the path instead of a backward slash):
      configure-snapApp-path.bat "C:/Program Files (x86)/Healthcast"
  2. Install the Chrome Extension for Edge and Chrome Browsers or the Firefox Extension for Mozilla Firefox
