Enable EPCS Plugin Logging

The EPCS plugin logs are located on the same server/system that is hosting Epic Hyperdrive.

To Enable Logging:

  1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\HealthCast\HealthCast EPCS\log4net.config with a text editor such as Notepad or Notepad++.

    • Note: This may require Notepad or Notepad++ to be opened as Administrator.


  2. Find and uncomment the following line (if it's not already):

    <file type="log4net.Util.PatternString" value="${TEMP}\Logs\${CLIENTNAME}_${USERNAME}_log.txt" />


  3. Logs should be created in the following location:

    C:\Users\[windows user]\AppData\Local\Temp
