Core Dump When Tapping Out on WTOS 8.6

QwickACCESS on Dell Wyse Thin OS 8.6; LYNX versions 1.5.x.
PROBLEM/NEED
When tapping out on Wyse Thin OS client system, an error message is displayed "Trap: Page fault..." "Coredumping..."
ROOT CAUSE
The problem is caused by an unhandled exception in the Wyse Thin OS version 8.6 lower than 8.6_712.
RESOLUTION - Update Thin OS to 8.6_712
