EPCS PingMe Session Timeout

As a part of Identity Automation’s ongoing security enhancements, the RapidIdentity MFA PingMe iOS and Android mobile applications that are used for EPCS authentication will be updated on or shortly after May 15th with a more restrictive session expiration timeout. 


Users that use the PingMe application on a regular basis are not impacted by this change. 


Users who have not used the PingMe application within the last 270 days will need to open the application on their mobile device to continue receiving ping notifications.   


Note:

If a user is not receiving ping notifications after May 15th, they should open the PingMe application on their mobile device to begin receiving ping notifications if their issue is a result of this change.
