Enable WebSSO Logging / SnapAPP Logging

Enable WebSSO logging when troubleshooting issues with web-based SnapAPP applications.

  1. Open the Registry Editor as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\WebSSO].
  3. If the value EnableLogging does not already exist, create it and set the value to True.

Log files will be saved to the user's individual folder: %appdata%\HealthCast\webConnect

File Name: webConnect.log


Enable WinConnector Logging

Enable WinConnector logging when troubleshooting issues with Windows-based SnapAPP applications.

  1. Open Notepad (or another text editor) as an administrator.
  2. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\wrappers\WinConnector.
    1. Locate and open the WinConnector.xml file.
    2. In the file, locate and set the TraceToFile setting to True.
  3. In the [debug] section, set: information=1.
  4. Save the changes.


Log files will be saved to the user's individual folder: %appdata%\HealthCast\WinConnector
