Enable WebSSO Logging / SnapAPP Logging
Enable WebSSO logging when troubleshooting issues with web-based SnapAPP applications.
- Open the Registry Editor as an administrator.
- Navigate to
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\WebSSO]. - If the value
EnableLoggingdoes not already exist, create it and set the value toTrue.Value Name Type Value Data EnableLogging STRING True
Log files will be saved to the user's individual folder: %appdata%\HealthCast\webConnect

Enable WinConnector Logging
Enable WinConnector logging when troubleshooting issues with Windows-based SnapAPP applications.
- Open Notepad (or another text editor) as an administrator.
- Browse to
C:\Program Files (x86)\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\wrappers\WinConnector.- Locate and open the
WinConnector.xmlfile. - In the file, locate and set the
TraceToFilesetting toTrue.
- Locate and open the

[debug]section, set:information=1. - Save the changes.
