For card reader compatibility with eXactAccess, it's important to note the following:
- Reader models cannot be mixed in the same environment.
- Card Serial Number (CSN) do not support Parity Checking, Facility ID filtering, or Badge ID range checking features provided by ExactAccess.
- Note: Card readers supporting CSN typically read 64-bit serial number values.
- Dual-band or dual-frequency readers must be pre-configured for compatibility with card type and data type as only a single frequency can be utilized at a time.
