  • RFIDeas RDR-80582-AKU Universal Prox readers
  • RFIDeas RDR-60D2-AKU USB Dongle
WARNING

A 7082 reader and a 7582 reader will read the same card differently. Therefore, if you put a 7082 reader on one endpoint and a 7582 reader on another endpoint the same prox card will be read differently on those two endpoints. To the end user, this will have the effect that when they tap in on one endpoint it works fine, but then when they move to the other endpoint and attempt to tap in then they will be asked to register their card. Therefore, it is best to make sure that only one type of reader, either the 7082 or the 7582, is used in the organization.

  • QAS versions 2.0.x through 2.8.x
