Notes:

This hotfix is only applicable to ExactAccess ('XA') Client 4.12.x and 4.13.x versions.

Key Fixes:

  • This update resolves an issue where logoff cleanup did not close down multiple browser windows when a user logged out of the XA client.

Steps to install:

  1. On a workstation where XA Client 4.12.x or 4.13.x version is installed, download the following zip file: LogoffCleanup_413x_H1_00071565.zip
  2. Unblock the zip file.
  3. Run “C:\Program Files (x86)\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\stopxa.exe”.
  4. After running stopxa.exe and the exactaccess client has closed down, copy logoffCleanup.dll and logoffCleanup.dll.sig files to “C:\Program Files (x86)\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\bin”. Copy over the existing files.
  5. Logout and back into windows.
TESTING

Always test your fixes prior to deploying images. It is important to check all fixes prior to finishing all images.
