***The first step in any and all issues regarding Identity Automation software, XA being one of these products, CREATE A CASE within SalesForce. For tracking, revisiting same issue, and general logging for both Identity Automation and customers. ***
Notes:
This hotfix is only applicable to ExactAccess ('XA') Client 4.12.x and 4.13.x versions.
Key Fixes:
- This update resolves an issue where logoff cleanup did not close down multiple browser windows when a user logged out of the XA client.
Steps to install:
- On a workstation where XA Client 4.12.x or 4.13.x version is installed, download the following zip file: LogoffCleanup_413x_H1_00071565.zip
- Unblock the zip file.
- Run “C:\Program Files (x86)\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\stopxa.exe”.
- After running stopxa.exe and the exactaccess client has closed down, copy logoffCleanup.dll and logoffCleanup.dll.sig files to “C:\Program Files (x86)\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\bin”. Copy over the existing files.
- Logout and back into windows.
TESTING
Always test your fixes prior to deploying images. It is important to check all fixes prior to finishing all images.
