A user can use a registered badge to login to Windows (XA SUM) or to login through the XA KM Privacy Shield and still not be an XA user. This is not a problem unless the user is **supposed** to be an XA User. ### RESOLUTION Ensure user is a member of an XA-enabled Active Directory security group.
