# XA Client Release Notes

## Added Features

HEALTH-1298

- As the .NET 6 are designated by Microsoft to be EOL November 2024, the XA Client has been upgraded to the next LTS support version .NET 8.

## Resolved Issues

HEALTH-1078

- Fixed the ViewConnect.exe connector can't login to 2303 or newer versions of the Horizon View Client issue.

## Backwards Compatibility

**XA 4.14.3 Server** is backwards compatible with XA Client versions:

- 4.14.x
- 4.13.x
- 4.12.x

**XA 4.14.3 Client** is backwards compatible with XA Server versions:

- 4.14.x
- 4.13.x
- 4.12.x

Some newer functionality may be limited.
