Create a "**ReaderDockReconnectCheckInSeconds**" DWORD setting in the following registry key: **HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HealthCast\ProxCardClient** 2. Set the value of **ReaderDockReconnectCheckInSeconds** to 16777215 (decimal) ```plaintext HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HealthCast\ProxCardClient ReaderDockReconnectCheckInSeconds = 16777215 ``` 1. Restart the HCI ProxCard Client Service (or restart the system or log out of Windows and back in)
