EPCS Server System Requirements
⚠️ Important
Do not install the RapidIdentity MFA Server on the same server running Microsoft SharePoint.
Ensure the RapidIdentity MFA Server host meets or exceeds the minimum requirements listed below:
- Microsoft® Windows 2016 Server or higher
- RapidIdentity may be deployed to servers operating as domain controllers or member servers; however, it is not recommended to deploy on a domain controller if possible
- RapidIdentity may be deployed to physical servers, virtual servers, or both
- IIS 7.0 or higher
- Microsoft SQL Server or SQL 2016 or higher
- Dual-core Pentium compatible 2GHz processor or faster per core
- 8GB RAM
- .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.5
- 120 MB of available hard disk space for RapidIdentity MFA Server

Timezone Settings
When setting up environments with multiple servers, such as the use case of configuring HealthCast EPCS Server to work with a DMZ, it's imperative that all servers in the environment use the same timestamps and timezone settings.

EPCS Client System Requirements
Ensure the RapidIdentity MFA Client host meets or exceeds the minimum requirements listed below:
- 32-bit or 64-bit versions of Windows® 10 or greater
- It is strongly recommended that the selected system meet the minimum requirements recommended by Microsoft
- 120 MB to 400 MB of available hard disk space for RapidIdentity MFA Client depending on which installer is used
- 90 MB of available hard disk space for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or higher
- 10 MB of available hard disk space for smart card reader driver and utilities
