The following install methods are for endpoint computers that QwickAccess for Windows (QAW) has not been installed. ## Interactive Install 1. Copy the QAW.Install.msi file to the target machine. 2. Run the file as an administrator. 3. Follow the prompts in the installation wizard. ## Silent Install 1. Copy the QAW.Install.msi file to the target machine. 2. Open a command window as an administrator. 3. In the command window, navigate to the location of the QAW.Install.msi file. 4. Run the command: ``` msiexec /i QAW.Install.msi /qn ``` ## Client Configuration After installing QAW, you will need to configure it for your environment. This is accomplished using the QwickAccess to Windows Configuration Tool: 1. Press the Windows Key. 2. Type "QwickAccess". 3. Locate and click the **QwickAccess to Windows Configuration Tool** item. 4. Make the appropriate configuration changes in the **General** and **Server** tabs. ℹ️ For info and examples, see our configuration articles for the [General Tab](/v1/docs/qa-general-tab) and [Server Tab](/v1/docs/qa-server-tab). 5. Click **OK** to save your changes. --- ## Mass Deployment You can deploy QAW to many machines after you finish installing and configuring at least one machine with the steps above. This creates a configuration file you can copy to the other machines. This will require administrative privileges. #### File Location ``` C:\ProgramData\HealthCast\QwickAccess-to-Windows\qaw.ini ``` Copy the file to the same location on the other machines, and it does not require any additional modification.
