# Citrix Support Matrix

⚠️ IMPORTANT

**HTTP Basic authentication must be enabled on your Storefront server** in order for QwickACCESS to Storefront to authenticate.

The HTTP basic authentication exposes a simple, Internet-standard-defined mechanism for clients, plug-ins, and third-party applications to inject user credentials.

- Citrix Receiver version 4.2 - 4.9 must be installed on the client machine with the **SelfService** module included (this module is included in the default Citrix Receiver installation). The module is used by QwickACCESS to Storefront to properly disconnect the published resource.
- QwickACCESS to Storefront can authenticate using a Citrix NetScaler Gateway with the StoreFront/XenDesktop versions listed above.
  - Note: Supported NetScaler Gateway Versions: 11.0 and 11.1
- Other versions may be supported; please contact your IA representative.

#### 1 - Receiver Web

- Works with Receiver for Windows 4.1 client software. Configure QwickACCESS to use Receiver Web.
- When using Receiver for Windows 4.1, QwickACCESS does not support auto-launching of XenApp published desktops or applications, only auto-launching of XenDesktop VDI is supported. You can use XenApp published desktops/applications without auto-launching.
- The Receiver for Windows 4.1 client must have a store configured.

#### 2 - Web Interface

- Works with Receiver 3.4 Enterprise (only Legacy PNA) client software. Configure QwickACCESS to use Receiver, or alternatively Configure QwickACCESS to use Web Interface.
- Works with Online Plug-in 12.1 or 12.3 client software. Configure QwickACCESS to use Online Plug-in, or alternatively Configure QwickACCESS to use Web Interface.

Citrix passthrough authentication is not supported. Please configure Citrix so that passthrough authentication is not enabled.
