Pre-Installation Check and Steps:

  1. Ensure that the appropriate server software has been installed in your environment.
  2. Verify that the target system meets the QwickACCESS system requirements.
IMPORTANT

The 32-bit edition of Java is required even when installing QwickACCESS on a 64-bit system.

  1. Plug a supported proximity card reader into an available USB port on the client computer.
  2. Ensure that you have logged into the computer as a local administrative user.
    1. Local administrator credentials are required for running the QwickACCESS installation.
  3. On thin-client devices, enable changes before the installation and then commit those changes appropriately before rebooting
