# Post-Installation Requirements

For any ExactAccess ('XA') installation using SnapAPP, the following steps must be taken for SnapAPP to function properly in the required browsers:

1. Run the [Client Post-Installation Script](https://software-bundles.s3.amazonaws.com/HealthCast/ExactAccess/configure-snapApp-path.zip) as follows:
  - Download the configure-snapApp-path.zip file and extract these three files:
    1. *configure-snapApp-path.bat*
    2. *identity.automation.snapapp.com-chromium-manifest.json*
    3. *identity.automation.snapapp.com-firefox-manifest.json*
  - Run the following command as a user with administrative privileges (**IMPORTANT:** **Make sure you use a *forward slash* in the path instead of a backward slash**):

```
configure-snapApp-path.bat "C:/Program Files (x86)/Healthcast"
```
2. Install the [Chrome Extension for Edge and Chrome Browsers](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rapididentity-snapapp/nhcgblhkgldoffihfhknehpiclghkjom) or the [Firefox Extension](https://software-bundles.s3.amazonaws.com/HealthCast/ExactAccess/SnapAppFirefoxExtension/rapididentity_snapapp-2020.0.0.1-fx.xpi) for Mozilla Firefox
