The user is never logged in, and the system must be rebooted to recover. ### EXPECTED BEHAVIOR When a user taps their badge, they should be logged in normally. ### AFFECTS: XA 4.11.4 running in Locking Kiosk Mode (LKM) on Windows 10. ### ROOT CAUSE: Memory leak in UserNotification A bug was discovered in the component being used for User Notification where it would not release event callback method references, so objects would never go out of scope. This would result in unbounded memory usage which eventually caused a number of problems including this one. ### RESOLUTION Upgrade the client system to 4.11.5 (or higher).
