Users can always login manually with their Active Directory username and password, or users can get a new or temporary badge and re-enroll

What should a QwickACCESS to Windows user do if someone else has left their session open on the computer?

Simply tap their badge. QwickACCESS to Windows will secure the first user’s session and log the new users into their own unique session. The first user’s work is preserved, and will be available to them when they come back to the computer. Tapping your badge when someone else has left their session open is called “Tap-Over” because you are securely tapping over the first person’s session.

Can a user log in without a proximity badge?

Yes, users can login manually using your Active Directory username and password
