Issue: Apps Launched From XA Fail to Start as Expected

Applications launched from the toolbar or XA desktop do not launch as expected. For example, the eXactACCESS Administrator and eXactACCESS Helpdesk will get an error when started that says that it can’t connect to the eXactACCESS server and connectors will not get credentials as expected. However, If the eXactACCESS Administrator and eXactACCESS Helpdesk and connector are launched from Windows, they will work.

The following screenshot shows what the eXactACCESS Administrator displayed when started from the toolbar. In this case where the screenshot was collected McAfee was using its default settings:

Cause: 

Virus Scanning Exclusions were not applied.
